  It’s winter. Take care of yourselves! I reframed spirals as a “nervous system event”, which helps me step back and see it as a pattern, instead of a “truth”. In case you missed it, on the IG stories I’ve been saying that I’m simplifying life by seeing everything as a pattern, and patterns takes repetitive practice if I want to change it. And spirals are big + juicy patterns so lol. Dedication, devotion to yourselfff (shout out to my pen pal for that), and practice 🙂 Hope that helps someone else survive the winter and life ❤️ LOVE YALL!
